It is not an off-the-shelf store, so you do not incur any obligations or costs until the billing. We prepare everything on demand. All visuals and project quotes are free of charge.
How to place an order and how can we support you?
Check out our solutions, get inspired and become amazed.... Imagine what your products could look like. See what campaigns they can be helpful in and what activities you can use them for. Add these products to your wish list in the quantities you need or wish to price. When planning your order, be aware of minimum quantities and production times.
Add your comments, files with unusual logos and specific branding guidelines to the list created on the website. We know the PwC brandbook very well, we have been working with you for many years, so we navigate it efficiently. Add your thoughts, delivery date if it is specific (e.g. date of event, training, conference, etc.) or other guidelines. You can order products from the visualization on the website or ask for an individual design, e.g. adding slogans according to the needs of a specific event. Anything you want. You are only limited by your imagination and our machines. Everything is done via e-mail.
Remember that placing an order requires providing appropriate Cost Center number. Enter the Cost Center number when placing the order (you will find the appropriate box to complete on the website). It is a mandatory field.
Within 48 hours, we will prepare individual designs (visualizations) and cost estimates for the project in any currency, taking into account the number of pieces and delivery to any place in the world - completely free of charge. The submitted proposal will include discounts for the order size and logistics and shipping costs.
After we have sent you a proposal by e-mail, it is time for your comments on the project or the search for other solutions/products. You can accept or reject the offer sent to your e-mail address by adding your comments - in the e-mail you will find appropriate buttons to accept or reject the offer.
If the offer we submitted is accepted, we'll kindly ask you to provide a PO number.
Accept the final proposal and order. Remember that if you commission us to create an individual project that differs from the pattern shown on the website, the consent of the Marketing Department is required. Without it, the order should not be accepted by you.
Communication regarding the valuation and visualization as well as acceptance takes place via e-mail, and approvals are sent directly to our system, without unnecessary formalities. The designated person responsible for your account is available by e-mail or telephone at all times and supervises the entire process.
At this stage, the order is complete, i.e. it contains:
- PO number
- COST CENTER number
- approval of Marketing Department for individual projects
Only such an order will be automatically sent to the Budget Holder and Supplier Owner, and after their acceptance, the order will be processed. And then we get to work.
Production begins and we coordinate everything. We guarantee quality and timely delivery. All ordered products arrive to our warehouse in Warsaw and are checked by us for compliance with the order and quality.
We ship the products on the agreed date to any location, and if necessary, we distribute them to individual recipients, such as private addresses of employees or contractors. If necessary, we will prepare customs documentation.
You will receive one or more invoices after delivery of your order, with a payment term of 30 days to have time to clear costs with accounting. The invoice will include the PO and COST CENTER numbers you provided.
